Select Style & Write following in notes to seller:
-Size:

Name:
Age:
Height/Weight/Teeth (older children you may substitute these for additional categories):
12-17 likes/loves (guaranteed 12 but would like extra in case there is room):
4 categories to be highlighted on sides:
1 category to be highlighted on the bottom of the board.
-Answers must be semi equivalent to sample shown or custom needs to be selected for going over limitations. 

To change colors, add/alter graphics, add over above limitations select custom when adding to cart.  Select double custom for more than one of these changes.
