In notes to seller write:

Colors wanted (be specific, ex: pale, bright, light, dark):
Which banner under the name you like best (pic 1 2 or 3)
3-4 things child loves:
1 favorite (food, show, word, etc):
A quote for under the childs name:
Age:
height:
Weight: 

To add more info, change more than name, change/alter graphics add to cart as custom.  For more than one of these changes add as double custom.
