They contain the legal terms and conditions that govern your use of and access to our websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications, as well as our provision of products and services. Certain services, promotions and features may have additional terms and conditions, and those additional terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference.

By visiting any of our Sites, you are signifying your assent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Any products ordered or services used through any of our Sites are also governed by these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version.

 

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF ANY OF THE SITES AFTER WE POST ANY CHANGES WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES. IN ADDITION, BY ORDERING PRODUCTS OR USING SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND REVIEWED THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATIONS ON YOU.

NOTE: THIS TERMS OF USE CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION IN THE "ARBITRATION" SECTION BELOW THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS TERMS OF USE AND WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US OR OUR AFFILIATES.

 

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our products NO RETURNS will be processed. 

No exceptions.  Quality 100% guaranteed, what you see IS what you will get.

 

FILE STORAGE & REORDERING

Edit Versions

Once files are sent the version that we are able to edit will remain in our possession for 14 days. After 14 days it will be deleted and if you need to make changes/edits to your customized product, it will need to be REPURCHASED. As it would require us to do it again.

 

Download versions.

Once files are sent, your files will be available for download for up to 60 days.  These are the JPEG versions.  If you think you will need it after them we suggest:

         a) Saving it to your desktop or another storage device.

         b) Saving it multiple places as a backup

         c) Downloading and emailing it to yourself to have it for as long as you wish.

 

If needed again after this time, it would again need to be REPURCHASED.  As it would require us to do it again.

 

Us holding on to both versions longer is absolutely no problem, you just must request it.

 

 

ERRORS

It is the customers sole responsibility to proof samples sent for errors.  Samples are always sent before finals.

It is the job of the customer to find and point out errors.  As once finalized they are FINAL files. 

 

On digital files: to make a fix on files after finals have been sent there will be small fees applied. 

On Printing items: items will need to be repurchased.

 

 

CUSTOM FEES

Our Sites will display prices per item.  These prices are subject to change based on any extra customization needed.  Prices are displayed to create a custom version identical to the sample (but with your personalized info in its place).

Custom fees apply to:

• (a) change the color on layouts, unless otherwise noted

• (b)  to go over limitations outlined in description of the layout

• (c) to add, edit, remove or alter graphics in a design

• (d) to change positioning of a layout ex: vertical to horizontal

 

Custom Prices are currently $5 EACH, not $5 for all changes, but for each individually.  

-In most cases you can add to cart as "custom" or "double custom" to make one or two of these above extra customizations.

-Prices are subject to change without notice and will always be displayed before purchase.

 

 

RUSHES

Current turn around time is 72 hours.  Rushes are 24 hours.  Same Day (or "do it now), is same day if the order is in before 5pm eastern time.

-All current turn around times EXCLUDE Sundays & Holidays.  So if you order a rush Saturday night after the office is closed, you will not receive it until Monday.  If you order a Do it now between Saturday night and Sunday night, it will not be received until Monday. This goes for Holidays as well.

 

The current turn around time will always be displayed on the home page or in etsy shop announcement.

-It WILL CHANGE time to time, as we do have events and personal obligations time to time and of course vacations.

-So turn around times will at times extend, rushes will not ALWAYS be available.  So please make sure to check current turn around times before purchase if you need your order soon.

 

 

RULE OF THUMB

Printing instructions will always be sent with final files.  This will include proper download instructions.  If not downloaded correctly the size and qualty of your file WILL change drastically.

 

One rule is to NEVER right click your mouse and click save as to download your file to your computer/phone.  In 99.9% of cases there will be a downward arrow you want to click on that will download your file properly to your computer/drive/phone.
